Does the allowance in medical expenses for civil
servants continue exist at the government?
If civil servant is you in the future concerning your
salary (component of bijdrage-inkomen) an income-related contribution
chargeable. The employer, in this case a government agency, has
been obliged compensate for this contribution.
If and in which form moreover an allowance for the premium of
the health insurance for civil servants continue exist, depends on the
labour agreement consultation between employers and employees.
Those appointments can differ for several government sectors.
In the current situation by a collective labour agreement an
allowance in the medical expenses premium which receives the employee
of the employer, has been in many cases regulated.
The government has asked the social partners prevent that
employers must pay in 2006, both the allowance to employees on the
basis of current Cao-afspraken, and the compensation for by the
employees income-related contribution Zvw to pay - on the basis of the
obligation from the care insurance law -.

make appointment, are legally regulated that the compensation can be
deducted by the employer (by existing Cao-verplichtingen) on the
income-related contribution in pursuance of the Zvw.
