That has been confessed at this moment not yet. From former Zvo-regeling the originated allowance regulations for (indicated) public servants belong to the policy field of the minister of internal matter and kingdom relations.

The regulations now existing have come about by consultation between the sector employers and the trade unions. The regulations determine component of the parcel secondary labour agreements of realm civil servants, defence citizen staff, members of the judiciary and onderwijsgevenden.

The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations goes there as yet from that the present regulations no longer necessary will be. Autumn 2005 employers and associations conversations hold concerning the financi? consequences of the new care insurance for the public servants. Information on the outcome of those conversations is supplied afterwards by means of the usual canals.

The present four different allowance regulations for (indicated) public servants are:
- Zvr-regeling (for the sector richly);
- Zvoo-regeling or Zkoo-regeling (for the sector education and research);
- Zvd-regeling (for the sector defence);
- Zvra-regeling (for the sector legal civil servants).

Furthermore Zvr-regeling have been also explained on (ex-)medewerkers of the Sociale Verzekeringsbank and on (ex-)medewerkers of the service of the royal house.
