No, additional insurance is private insurance on which does not apply the presented care insurance law. Conditions as an acceptance duty and a prohibition on differentiation in contributions do not apply therefore to the additional insurance. Just like now the case is, care insurers themselves can stipulate which additional parcels (and with which premium) they offer, and which conditions they link to that.
