How do I application compensation as gemoedsbezwaarde
for costs of care?
If you have costs of care, you can submit a written
request at the college care insurances (CVZ). Wheel at each
request the original nota.s. Mentioned thereby your name,
address, place of residence, birth date, National Insurance Number and
account number on which the CVZ can the compensation pay.
You can appeal for compensation up to 31 December in the year
next on the year in which the care has been granted.
