How is the care allowance granted and to me is paid?
The care allowance is granted by the Tax and Customs
Administration/allowances this service pays the allowance monthly and
starts with that in December 2005, before the date on which for the
first time premium for the care insurance must be paid (in January
2006).
In September 2005 those get who are entitled suspected to the
care allowance an application form of the Tax and Customs
Administration. When you does that form at the latest for filled
in return 1 November on the basis of your (verzamel)inkomen and
domestic situation do your possible right to and altitude of the care
allowance stipulate the Tax and Customs Administration and do pay this
allowance on time; i.e. v? that you premium for your new care
insurance must pay will (in principle therefore in December 2005).
