Do you get care allowance of the Tax and Customs
Administration if you have no income and therefore tax also no pays?
Yes, every adult insured person can get care allowance.
The border of the test income for the care allowance is:
* For singles: maximum 25,000 euro (wound up) gross per
year
* For households: maximum 40,000 euro (wound up) gross per
year.
When you have no income, are entitled you therefore also to care
allowance.
