No, the amount to to receive care allowance does not count
at the provision of the test income. Also not a year later.
The test income has been based on the verzamelinkomen for the
income tax 2006. and that is not the income from work and house (box
1), entering from considerable importance (box 2) plus possibly
taxable entering from to save and convening (box 3). income from
allowances belongs.
It would be also against the reinforcement behind the allowance
system: would the received allowance count at the provision of
the test income for these allowances, then one d? received
allowances in the following year will receive less allowance.
