Who stipulates the altitude of the care allowance?
Stipulates the Tax and Customs Administration/allowances
on the basis of your (verzamel)inkomen in 2006, and your domestic
situation (- or meerpersoonshuishouden) the altitude of the care
allowance. The percentages for the care allowance have been
fixed legally.
In September 2005 those get who are entitled suspected to the
care allowance an application form of the Tax and Customs
Administration. When you does that form at the latest for filled
in return 1 November on the basis of your (verzamel)inkomen and
domestic situation do your possible right to and altitude of the care
allowance stipulate the Tax and Customs Administration and do pay this
allowance on time; i.e. v? that you premium for your new care
insurance must pay will (in principle therefore in December 2005).
