If you have received the offer for 16 December 2005, you will get automatically a care insurance according to the offer - therefore care insurer also at in the offer indicated -.

You can cancel that "automatic care insurance", however, up to 1 March 2006 with retroactive effect. You recover then your premiums and you has to up to 1 May 2006 a new care insurance (with retroactive effect) close.
