What is the difference with the current private
insurance?
The most important differences with the current private
insurance are:
1. You get a subjugation. That means that you yourself
must conclude a new care insurance (with possibly an additional
insurance). At the passage on 1 January 2006 there is moreover a
one-off regulation which ensures that if you do not react to the offer
for a care insurance which has done your insurer you are nevertheless
insured as from 1 January 2006 according to the offered care
insurance. You can dissolve that insurance up to 1 March 2006
and vervolgens up to 1 May 2006 a care insurance still elsewhere to
close.
2. Between insurers from by them insurance offered can choose
you annually. Care insurers have acceptance duty and the law
prohibits differentiation in contributions. You must fill in
more for closing a care insurance therefore no medical statement.
Also the insurer cannot refuse you, or on the basis of your age
or health risk require a higher premium.
3. You can choose as verzekeringsvorm between restitutiepolis,

receive 16 December of your insurer it will be coordinated on the
insurance which you have now (including a possible additional
insurance).
4. If the flat-rate contribution for the care insurance
