You for (1) the care insurer to your choice, (2) the type insurance model (natura or refund or a mix of both models) can choose and for (3) his own risk rising of 100 up to maximum 500 euro.
You can, when you another insurance or insurer wishes, (annually) change to another care insurer of your choice. According to the expectations most of the care insurers several insurance models will offer. Depending on of the insurance model, its own risk and the care insurer (4) the flat-rate contribution can differ.
