A rising premium: how do I have pay that?
The flat-rate contribution becomes higher than in the
existing situation. The cabinet has decided that approximately
half of the premium nominal and other half will be income-related.
In the health insurance fund approximately 15% of the premium
are nominal (beside the income-related part that the insured person
pays). The flat-rate contribution increases with respect to the
health insurance fund, but is compensated by means of the care
allowance and tax measures.
Depending on of your income and domestic situation you can
qualify for the care allowance. In September 2005 those get who
are entitled suspected to the care allowance an application form.
When you that form returns 1 November at the latest for filled
in the Tax and Customs Administration stipulates on the basis of your
(verzamel)inkomen and domestic situation your possible right and
altitude of the care allowance and pays to this allowance on time;
i.e. before you premium for your new care insurance must pay will (in
principle therefore in December 2005).
The consequences of the higher flat-rate contribution are
compensated moreover on a part with tax measures. The tax
measures must be developed for 2006 still further - that happens
according to the expectations in the autumn of 2005th
